Say goodbye to that tummy ache with this Kombucha and Immune Boost Blend recipe. This beneficial drink is perfect for optimizing your gut health, good digestion and is full of antioxidants while increasing your body's immunity.

Ingredients:

2 teaspoons of Immune Boost JOOS Blend

1 ½ cups of kombucha

2 tablespoons of hemp seeds

2 teaspoons of lucuma powder

Sweetener to taste

1 tablespoon of chia seeds

 

Instructions:

Add all of the ingredients to the blender, except the chia seeds. Blend until smooth. Add the chia seeds at the end. Let it sit for 5min.
