STRAWBERRY CHAMOMILE

This antioxidant tea blend will enhance your body's immunity and increase bone strength.

Ingredients:

2 teaspoons of Immune Boost JOOS blend

1 ¾ cups of brewed chamomile tea (chilled)

2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice

Sweetener, to taste (honey recommended)

2 tablespoons chia seeds


Instructions:

Blend JOOS, chamomile tea, and lemon juice. Stop the blender, taste and add the desired sweetener if needed. Add the chia seeds and give the blender a second quick whirl.
